What To Expect In A Consultation
A Bach flower consultation is about learning to better one's emotional health and wellbeing, focusing on the present. By talking through the aspects of your life that you would like to improve, I aim to help you become more aware of your emotions. After discovering which emotions and/or behaviours you want to work with, we will discuss which Bach flowers correspond to them. At the end of the session, I will prepare a mix with the chosen remedies to take home with instructions on how take them. The duration of the first consultation is generally 1 hour long. A follow up session can be booked to see how the remedies have worked.
In person consultations can be conducted in Rocky Mountain House AB, location to be defined (Includes a personal mix bottle).
I also offer online consultations (Zoom / Google Meet) or by phone. The consultation includes a bottle of personal mix. But keep in mind that I can only ship it to Canada and USA.

If you already know which of the Bach flower you want to use, I offer to prepare a mix bottle without a consultation.Simple choose max 7 flower to add to your personal mix.You can also choose the type preservative for the mixture: alcohol (brandy), apple cider vinegar or glycerin.
